Terms of service

Please have this reviewed. These terms describe how the product actually behaves, but they are not legal advice and have not been drafted or checked by a lawyer. Governing law and jurisdiction are deliberately left blank below — a solicitor should set those for where you are operating from before you take paying or overseas users.
What the service is
AI JobCrew searches job and scholarship listings, scores them against a CV you provide, and drafts application materials from it. It is an assistant. It does not employ you, represent you, or guarantee any outcome.
You submit your own applications
The service never submits an application on your behalf. You review what has been prepared and send it yourself on the employer's or institution's own site.
This is a hard limit of the product, not a setting. Do not attempt to script or automate submissions through the service.
Accuracy is your responsibility
Generated résumés and letters are drafts built from your CV. You are responsible for checking every document before you send it.
The system constrains generation to your CV and flags claims it cannot trace back to it, but you remain the person whose name is on the application.
Do not upload a CV containing information you know to be false.
Job and scholarship information
Listings come from third-party sources and are shown with a link to the original. We do not control their accuracy, and a listing may be filled or withdrawn before you see it.
Scholarship dates change every intake. The service shows typical application windows and links to official pages; always confirm dates at the source before relying on them.
Your account
Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person. Do not share credentials.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, to submit applications for another person without their knowledge, or to generate materials containing claims you know to be untrue.
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features that rely on third-party APIs may be limited by those providers' quotas or outages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights in your CV and in the documents generated for you from it.
The site, its design, the AI JobCrew name and its logo remain ours.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
You may close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
